Rules for making a character-

1. It can be any type of person you want. Homunculi, Alchemists, Chimeras, State Alchemists, etc.

2. No god-modded characters allowed

3. You can be any character from the series. OCs are encouraged.

4. make sure to include all the information needed.

5. Any problems? Contact the admins.
